How is Style Theory Starter different from Style Theory Unlimited subscription?

In Style Theory Starter, you can pick 1 box of 3 items for the month. In Unlimited, you have unlimited swaps. Pick the plan that best meets your needs!

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time for new boxes range from next working day (Self Collection) to 2 working days (door-step delivery).
Self Collection:
Select your items by midnight and pick up your box the next day at the following locations:
  • HQ (5 - 6:30PM, Pasir Panjang, Mon-Sat)
  • WeWork City House (4 - 7PM, Mon-Fri excluding PHs)
  • 313@Somerset #02-40/41 (5 - 10 PM, Mon - Sat)
  • Robinsons at Raffles City #02-01 (6-10PM, Mon-Sun)
Door-step Delivery:
Select your items by midnight and get your box delivered to your doorstep within 2 working days.

I want to try more styles. How can I upgrade to Style Theory Unlimited?

Simply write in to our friendly Customer Service team on the app and let them know! They will handle the rest for you!

What happens if something in my box does not fit?

We understand that sometimes some pieces just do not fit. To ensure that you get the most out of your subscription, you have a 24 hour period from the time you receive your box to let us know if you want to swap out any of the pieces. Just contact our team and you will be charged a nominal fee.

Do I need to do laundry?

Nope, professional dry cleaning costs are all included in your subscription. Let us take care of all of that!

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping fees for your monthly picks are included in your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription automatically renews on the same day you signed up every month. Simply cancel your subscription by chatting with us.

Step 1: Request to cancel via in-app chat*
Open App > Help > Chat With Us to request the termination. To avoid additional charges, please chat with us 1 week in advance of your next billing date. Allow us 1-2 working days to process your request.

Step 2: Check your next billing date*
Open App > Profile > Subscription Details

Step 3: Return all your pieces and box back to us before your next billing date*
Schedule your return at least 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and PH) before your next billing date. For any further queries on the return of your final box, do reach out to us!

Once your subscription has been terminated, we will send you a confirmation message at the end of your current billing cycle.

Note: Please do not pause your subscription unless you intend to continue using your subscription in the near future. If you are already on pause, do reach out to us for the earliest date to terminate.
